Fortuvera Global Consultants FZ-LLC(“Fortuvera”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides technology and payment consulting to businesses worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through www.fortuvera.com, how we use it, the legal grounds we rely on, and the choices available to you.

It applies to our website, marketing communications and the administration of client engagements. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which operate under their own policies.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

• Information you give us. Name, business email address, telephone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
• Engagement information. Where we are appointed as consultants, the contract details, correspondence and project documentation needed to perform the work.
• Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, referring page and general usage patterns, collected automatically when you visit the site.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, cardholder data, or information from children under 16 through this website. Please do not submit cardholder data, credentials or production secrets through the contact form.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals or scopes of work.
• To deliver, administer and support consulting engagements.
• To send service updates and, where you have opted in, occasional insights.
• To secure and improve the website, and to diagnose technical problems.
• To meet legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent for optional marketing, on performance of a contract for engagement delivery, on our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and on legal obligation where retention is required by law. We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Fortuvera is established in the United Arab Emirates, and serves clients internationally. Your data may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred out of the jurisdiction in which it was collected, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism, and we assess the recipient country’s protections beforehand.

Security is central to our practice. We apply access controls on a need-to-know basis, encryption in transit, hardened hosting, logging, and periodic reviews of our suppliers and configurations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required.

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the last contact, and engagement records for the duration of the contract plus the period required by applicable statutory, tax and limitation rules. When data is no longer needed we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and we will update the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or notified directly where appropriate.
